Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at kova.brand@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us at kova.brand@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge. No return required.

90-Day Warranty

Every Kova product is backed by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is covered:
Any defect in materials or workmanship that causes the product to stop functioning under normal use within 90 days of delivery.

What is not covered:
Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To claim:
Email kova.brand@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video showing the defect. We will review and ship a replacement within 2 business days. You do not need to return the defective unit.

What We Do Not Cover

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Damage caused by misuse or accident
• Lost packages after USPS confirms delivery
